I love teaching groups of people all the tricks I’ve learned along the way. And new ways of thinking about flavour combinations and ingredients including how to cater food certain dietary requirements.

Cooking demos are versatile and flexible. I also do cooking demos for food show events and those marketing products or new variants – of course only my favourite brands!

  1. Hi there, I was at the fondant course on Sunday and was wondering if you minded sharing your vanilla cake recipe. My family loved it and it is a great cake to decorate. Thanks Jo (with the orange bow cake).
